The Music Explained

Financial Literacy Music is the manifestation of what happens when GREAT iDEAS merge with great talent. Johnny Deas isn’t just a speaker, author and award winning writer who completed the certified financial planner training course. Nor is he just an MBA who graduated from one of the top business schools in the country. Prior to any of the credentials or accolades, Johnny was simply a lyricist from the inner-city. He now has over 20 years of experience writing various genres of music; his creativity and flair are on full display throughout the financial literacy course.

Kristopher Cho Flagg, affectionately referred to as Cho, is a precocious, multi-talented producer in his own right. Cho has an unmatched track-record of developing high-quality music for both corporate and individual clients. He and his partners have successfully operated an independent production company since 2006. When Johnny and Cho began collaborating, their chemistry was both instantaneous and undeniable.

Together they fashioned a musical work of art comparable to, if not better than any hip-hop music available on the market today. Every song is laced with soulful, heartfelt, and education-filled lyrics that are so well crafted that one could easily forget they are learning the basics of personal finance. The vocals are a tight arrangement of lessons expressed with impeccable timing. The instrumentals provide a mellifluous, hypnotic assortment of creative beats, keys, strings, pitches and tones; all composed by one of the most gifted producers in the country.

While, the primary goal of Financial Literacy Music is to educate on matters of personal finance, the music was also designed be hot. Johnny’s objective was to make the music hip enough to be played purely for entertainment purposes. He figured if he could succeed at that, listeners would have no choice but to learn the information.

The music covers the major areas of personal finance: budgeting, debt management, establishing and building a strong credit history, the benefits of investing in an education, home ownership, investment planning, tax planning, insurance planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and much more. There are a total of 32 instructive tracks, 16 studio-quality songs with 16 separate discussion tracks all set to music. Two additional bonus tracks are offered free of charge at FinancialLiteracyMusic.Com.
