Shipping Methods

We may use United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship orders. In special circumstances other shipping carriers may be used. Shipping rates are predetermined and are based on the amount of product ordered. The cost of shipping is specified during the checkout process. The entire order is shipped at once and only shipped to one destination.

Refund Policy

Shipping fees are non refundable and all orders are non refundable. In the unlikely event that a defective product is shipped it may be returned and replaced at no additional charge, no new shipping and handling charges will apply for products that were defective when shipped to the customer. We are not responsible for products that become defective after they are shipped in which the damage is either caused by the carrier, the customer, or by some other circumstance beyond our control.

Shipping Availability By Product

The physical album is available in any quantity (shipping and handling charges apply).

The physical book/workbook combination is currently only available in bulk orders of 100 or more (shipping and handling charges apply).

T-shirts are available in any quantity (shipping and handling charges apply).

The Universal Pack and individual songs are currently only available via electronic download.  None of our downloads require additional shipping and handling costs regardless of quantity ordered online.

Pricing Information for items that can be shipped

The cost of our physical products and downloadable products are the same.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

•    For purchases totaling $0 to $100, shipping cost = $5 flat rate + 7% of the total check out price + .09 cents per item shipped
•    For purchases totaling over $100 up to $200, shipping cost = $5 flat rate + 7% of the total check out price + .08 cents per item shipped.
•    For purchases totaling over $200 up to $1,000, shipping cost = $2 flat rate + 7% of the total check out price + .07 cents per item shipped.
•    For purchases totaling over $1,000 up to $6,000, shipping cost = 7% of the total check out price.
•    For purchases totaling over $6,000 up to $10,000, shipping cost = 6% of the total check out price.
•    For purchases totaling over $10,000 up to $20,000, shipping cost = 5% of the total check out price.
•    For purchases totaling over $20,000 up to $30,000, shipping cost = 4% of the total check out price.
•    For purchases totaling over $30,000 up to $50,000, shipping cost = 3% of the total check out price.
•    For purchases totaling over $50,000 up to $100,000, shipping cost = 2% of the total check out price.
•    For purchases totaling over $100,000 up to $150,000, shipping cost = 1% of the total check out price.
•    For purchases totaling over $150,000, shipping is free.

Shipping Time

Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. In order to serve you better and offer the widest selection of unique high-quality products, we may use additional vendors for some of the items featured on our website. Please note that in some cases, you may receive multiple packages. We are not responsible for merchandise which arrives late, damaged, or not at all due to circumstances beyond our control. Also note that we accept no responsibility for late arrivals or non-arrival due to package handling by shipping carriers. We do not provide expedited production or shipping for replacement orders due to package handling, delays, or loss caused by shipping carriers.

Rush Orders

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Internationally

We will ship outside of the U.S additional fees will apply. Please ask for details at Sales@FinancialLiteracyMusic.com

Currently we do not track shipping.

Shipping & Weather

Please be aware that shipping carriers do not guarantee heat sensitive merchandise under any circumstances and no method of reimbursement is available for merchandise damaged or compromised due to extreme heat. We are also not responsible for extended shipping delays due to inclement weather.

Undeliverable Packages

Due to re-shipping charges, an additional shipping fee will be charged for any undeliverable shipment due to incorrect address entered during ordering or refused delivery. Please be aware that merchandise may not be delivered to P.O. boxes.
